3. General Terms and Conditions:

- These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods sold through the parts2u.co.uk website by Parts2u Ltd.
- To the customer named on the order form provided on the parts2u.co.uk website together with the completed form these terms and conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation there to

4. Making a Purchase:
- All products are subject to availability and may be changed at anytime. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative, if you do not confirm your acceptance of the alternative you will be given a full refund.
- For Parts:
- Due to a range of cars and combination of parts that fit vehicles in order for us to supply you with parts please submit the following information using the Parts Request form provided: to include your Contact Name, Email Address, Vehicle Registration Number ( This does not give us access to any personal information but does help us to identify the vehicle accurately this helps us to get the correct part for your vehicle, then select from the drop down menu the part needed, alongside any other information that may be specific to your vehicle ( e.g. engine code,
- (Many vehicles use a multiple suppliers for components, therefore we require specific information from you in order that we can source the correct replacement part specific for your vehicle.)
- Once we have received your request we will shortly get in touch with details on Price, Availability,
- Once an agreement has been made payment will be requested before dispatching the item(s)
- The order will then be processed and items(s) will be dispatched

5. Payment
- We accept credit card payment, if you are shopping from outside the U.K. once you have placed your order you credit card issuer will convert the transaction to your local currency.
- We will not charge for any items until it is ready to be shipped. You may provide your card details over via phone, fax, or over the internet

- When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. 6. Delivery and Delivery Schedule
- We will require payment of the price for the goods in full before we dispatch them. All the goods that we supply will remain our property until you have paid for them in full, including all delivery charges
- Delivery charges vary depending on the products ordered.
- For U.K. mainland including Northern Ireland and also Isle of Wight and Isle of Man:
- For United Kingdom buyers, all orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the NEXT working day, where a valid signature will be required on delivery. This delivery time can only be fulfilled subject to stock availability. If delivery is likely to take longer than anticipated then the customer will be contacted by one of the Parts2u team members for the estimated schedule
- Every delivery with the United Kingdom will have our standard charge of ____ for postage and packaging for all item(s) less than 30Kg. Any item(s) above 30Kg will have a special rate shown in the relevant order form
- If you are a non United Kingdom resident please contact us for postage and packaging charges and schedule
- We will endeavour to deliver your goods as soon as feasible. You should inform us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within __________ days of placing your order or an estimated delivery date that we give you. Please note that any dates quoted by us for delivery are estimates only. If we are unable to deliver your goods within _______ days of your order you may cancel your order and get a full refund for those goods
- In the case of special circumstances where there is a dispute between the courier company and customer i.e. a signature is obtained by courier but customer is claiming of no delivery, an investigation will take place
- All disputes will be resolved by us at the end of the investigation, which may take up to 30 days
7. Back orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait
8. VAT and other TAX
- All prices are shown excluding VAT. (VAT Registration Number: )
- For all orders made from the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT is added
- All orders outside of this area is VAT exempt, however you may be subject to import duties due on the goods you are buying. We suggest you contact your local customs office to find out if any duties apply.

10. Returns Policy and Cancellation
- Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Regulation 2000, you have the right to cancel your orders within 7 working days, after you have received the goods purchased, without giving any reason. This is your cooling off period. This regulation is set out to give you the opportunity to examine the goods you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop.
- If you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your order you will be required to return the goods within 7day. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the goods, if the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund.
- Parts2u Ltd will accept returns as long as the goods are returned within 28 days of receipt of your order. Shipping costs on return will be paid for by the customer.
- All goods and packaging must be unused and in perfect condition

- Cancelled orders could be subject to 10% handling charges and is subject to our discretion, special order items are non refundable.
- If you do not return the item(s) as required we are entitled not to refund you and we will add a additional charge when sending items back
- Any unsealed item(s) will not be refunded
- Faulty or incorrect item(s) dispatched to you must be returned back to us in the original condition where the cost of return will be made by us, but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier

- We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. If you wish to be deleted from our mailing list at any time please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
